Enquiries and quotes
An enquiry through this website is a request for information. It is not a booking and it does not create a contract.
A quote based on your description is an estimate. We confirm the final price after we inspect your device. If we find more damage, we contact you before we do any extra work. We do not start a repair until you approve it.
Your data and your device
Back up your phone before a repair if you can. Some repairs and faults can cause data loss, and we cannot guarantee that your data will be preserved.
Remove your SIM card, memory card, case and accessories before you leave your phone with us, unless we ask you to keep them in.
Repairs and existing damage
Some faults only show after we open a device. Phones with water damage, earlier repairs or heavy impact damage may have problems we cannot fix. We tell you what we find and explain your options.
A repair fixes the fault we agreed to repair. It does not cover new damage, such as drops or liquid exposure after the repair.
Parts and warranty
Ask us about the parts we use and any warranty for your repair before you approve it. We confirm these details with your quote.
Payment and collection
Payment is due when you collect your device, unless we agree otherwise. We contact you when your device is ready. Please collect it as soon as you can.
